Long before I became a Realtor, I spent 23 years serving our community as a Huntington Beach firefighter. That career was built on preparation, trust, and staying level-headed when things got complicated — and those same instincts show up in how I handle every real estate transaction today.

Real estate isn't just about buying and selling homes. It's about helping people make confident decisions during some of life's biggest moments — whether that's purchasing a first home, selling a longtime one, relocating to South Orange County, or building wealth through investment property.

South Orange County has always been home. I grew up in Laguna Niguel and I'm raising my own family in Aliso Viejo, where my wife — a nurse practitioner — and I are putting down the same roots I grew up with. I have local insight on these communities: which neighborhoods fit which lifestyle, where the schools stand out, what commutes actually look like, and what drives long-term value. That local knowledge helps clients make smarter decisions, not just better offers.

I also bring a hands-on understanding of real estate as an investment, not just a place to live. I own and manage two short-term rental properties of my own, in Big Bear Lake and La Quinta — so when I work with investment-minded clients, I'm speaking from experience on what makes a property perform, not just theory. I'm also completing my home inspector certification, which sharpens the same eye for detail I relied on for two decades: the ability to spot what matters in a property before it becomes a problem.

I also believe today's buyers and sellers deserve more than a for-sale sign and an MLS number. That's why I built First IN Homes created OC Living Unlocked, my local video series covering South Orange County neighborhoods, lifestyle, and everything that goes into deciding where to live — not just what to buy. My approach is simple: no pressure, no scripts. Outside of work, you'll find me out in the communities I serve — the beaches of Dana Point and Laguna Beach, the trails around Aliso Viejo, or spending time with my family at our properties in Big Bear and La Quinta.
